- Maintaining backups of all delivered files
- Ensuring compliance with their institution's policies, employer requirements, and applicable laws
RocketAssignment is not responsible for how delivered materials are ultimately used by customers.
Academic Integrity
RocketAssignment supports learning, education, tutoring, and technical understanding. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of any delivered materials complies with the academic integrity policies, honor codes, regulations, and requirements of their educational institutions.
No Academic Guarantees
RocketAssignment does not guarantee:
- Grades
- Academic credit
- Examination results
- Course outcomes
- Scholarships
- Employment opportunities
- Professional certifications
Educational outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
Project Requirements and Scope
Project pricing, timelines, and deliverables are based upon the requirements provided by the customer at the time of engagement. Changes to requirements after work has begun may affect:
- Delivery schedules
- Project scope
- Pricing
- Revision requirements
Additional work outside the originally agreed scope may require additional fees.
Post-Delivery Support
Support may be available after delivery. Reasonable post-delivery assistance may include:
- Clarification of delivered work
- Environment setup assistance
- Compilation assistance
- Debugging support for delivered code
- Minor project-related adjustments
- Guidance regarding implementation and usage
Requests involving substantial new functionality, expanded project scope, significant redesigns, or entirely new requirements may require additional fees. All support and modification requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery and Timelines
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith based on available information. While RocketAssignment strives to meet all agreed deadlines, delivery schedules may be affected by:

RocketAssignment shall not be liable for losses resulting from schedule changes or delays.
Payments

Work may begin only after payment arrangements have been confirmed. Customers are responsible for any fees imposed by payment providers or financial institutions.
Refund Policy

Project files, source code, assignment specifications, and related materials may be deleted after project completion, delivery, or support activities have concluded. Customers are responsible for retaining their own copies of delivered materials.
Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of materials they provide to RocketAssignment. RocketAssignment retains ownership of:
- Internal tools
- Templates
- Frameworks
- Reusable utilities
- Methodologies
- General technical knowledge
Unless otherwise agreed, customers receive a non-exclusive right to use delivered materials for their personal educational purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RocketAssignment shall not be liable for:
- Academic penalties
- Academic misconduct allegations
- Loss of grades or academic standing
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
In all circumstances, RocketAssignment's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Third-Party Services
RocketAssignment may utilize third-party services including:
- Payment processors
- Email providers
- Communication platforms
- Live chat systems
RocketAssignment is not responsible for the policies, availability, or actions of third-party providers.
Right to Refuse Service
RocketAssignment reserves the right to decline, cancel, suspend, or terminate services at its discretion, including situations involving:

- Fraudulent activity
- Unlawful requests
- Requests that violate these Terms
Changes to These Terms
